Tour Itinerary:

Day 01
Be picked up at airport or railway station by our local guide and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.(D)
Xian Haida Hotel 
Drive to Zhao Changjun Wushu School and enjoy the charm of Chinese martial arts with the guide. After lunch, pay a visit to a shadow boxing master who will teach you how to practice shadowing boxing and give you a suit as well as a pair of shoes which are tailored to practice shadowing box. The master will also explain the origin, the theory and the poster of shadow boxing. A professional Taiji show will be served in the evening. (B+L+D)

In the morning do some shadow boxing excises with the master in the Huancheng park .After that ,visit Baxian Temple,Big Wild Goose Pagoda.and the History Museum. In the evening go on doing some shadow boxing excises.(B+L+D)

After breakfast, visit the Chenjiagou located in the Wen county Jiaozuo city Henan province which is famous for the original place of shadow boxing. You will be presented a book on shadow boxing by Chenjiagou shadow boxing House ,received some knowledge about shadow boxing instructed by famous teacher and visit the performers of shadow boxing .After lunch,.take bus to visit Baogong Temple, Iron Tower which is located in Kaifeng city -,the ancient city being capitalled by Seven Dynasties. Then take a walk in the Imperial Avenue featured by Song Dynasty. Finally return to Zhengzhou .After dinner, learn shadow boxing taught by famous teacher.(B+L+D)

Imparted the shadow boxing by the master in the morning .After breakfast, go Shaolin Temple including the temple ,the cluster of tower and the performance of Kongfu(about 3 hours) to visit the cluster of towers and enjoy the performance of martial arts for the distinguished guests. Meanwhile, you can watch the exclusive skills which are famous all over the world. Then go to Longmen Grotto where you will stay for about 2 hours. After dinner, practice shadow boxing with the master in the evening. (B+L+D)

Be instructed shadow boxing by the master in the morning, then go to Mt. Huashan by bus. After dinner, the master will go on teaching shadow boxing on the peak of Mt. Huashan. (B+L+D)

Learn Taiji patterns from the master in the morning. Then have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. After that, go to Lingtong where you will visit the Terra Cotta Warriors (one of the eight world wonders) and Huaqing Hot Springs. Practice Tainji with the master after dinner. (B+L+D)

Learn Taiji patterns from the master in the morning. Then have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Then visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda where you will be amazed by the largest music fountain in Asia and the Cien Temple. Have a close look at the City Wall built in Ming Dynasty and walk through the food street. Go shopping at the Bell Tower Quarter. Practice Taiji with the master after dinne. (B+L+D)
