Xian,otherwise Chang'an(ever-lasting peace) in ancient times and suited in the middle of the Guanzhong Plain, is the capital of Shaanxi province.And it was recognized as one of the "Four Ancient Civilizations of the World, together with Rome, Ahens,and Istanbul.It is a noted and was one of the oldest cities, beginning from 1126B.C.,the Western Zhou ,the Qin,the Western Han, the Sui and the Tang, altogether 12 dynasties,established their capitals in Xi'an for more than 1000 years.
