Hi Keppel:
The size of the group was just right. Small groups are best. The fact that you can do different things is also a very interesting way to organize thing, for example some of us went to Tibet, and some went to Yangtze Cruises. It was very nice to meet back up again and exchange stories about our different trips.
Our trip to Xian was also perfect. Jack and a driver met our flight in a private car and escorted us to the Wall of Xian and the Bell Tower Hotel. The hotel is in a great location and our room had a great view of the Bell Tower. I was impressed with Banpo Village and of course the great warrior statues. The food was very good and plentiful. The dumpling dinner was good.
Your service is perfect! What you are doing well: 1. Very fast prompt reply to all queries by email. Excellent email website. Comprehensive information on your tour. 2. Itinerary, hotels, etc. organized carefully. 3. Pricing competitive. 4. You are receptive to feedback. This is a very important feature enabling you to improve your service.
Finally I cannot go without saying something about Marion in Xian. All of our guides were good, were very knowledgeable and helped us a lot. But she was the best and is the best guide I have had on any trip! Her English was fantastic and she was able to describe so much, not just about the sites we were visiting, it really made things so much better and her jokes were good too! You are very lucky to have her working for you.
We would recommend you as a travel service for friends, and if we ever come to China again we will definitely use your services.

Hi Kathleen:
The arrangements that you made for our tour to Tibet worked well for us. The choice of restaurants provided very enjoyable meals. All in all - it was a very positive experience.
The service provided by Erik, the guide, was exceptionally fine. She was punctual, courteous, and very articulate; and adapted the tour to our wishes without any problem. I felt she had a particularly difficult task as she was traveling with us and eating meals with us as well as being our personal guide. She was consistently polite and helpful, clearly took her work seriously and was wonderful company. I felt we got to know each other well and parted as friends. In Xian, Karin really contributed to our enjoyment. She was proud of her region, its history and heritage and communicated her enthusiasm to us. What sights she was able to take us to! The Terracotta Army was astonishing. I find it difficult to put my feelings about it into words but we have the pictures, both real and in our heads, to remind us.
The car provided was clean and the driver skilled, polite and accommodating.
I have already recommended this personal tour arrangement to friends. I will send our evaluation sheets by post. Please pass on our best wishes and comments to all our guides and thank you once again for all your efforts on our behalf.
