It was a pleasure meeting you and the Xian-tour Focus team in Xian. I'm writing in to thank you for the outstanding arrangements made by you for my family holiday recently. My wife, kids and I had a great time, and we walk away with many happy memories, and many new friends. We very much appreciated your small group approach, and with just 16 people in our group, we had the time to get to know each other closely while enjoying the sights and sounds of China.
We found all the guides on the tour to be very knowledgeable about their respective areas of specialty， All were friendly, had a good sense of humor, and most importantly, were keen to share their extensive knowledge and to make sure we all left with a good experience. By the end of the tour, we certainly felt much enriched about the culture and history of Xian.
Another area I must comment on is the food. At no point during the entire tour did we feel we were being served anything less than the best Chinese cuisine. Even special dietary needs were taken into consideration, and we had three superb dining experiences each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
So in summary, the food, the hotels, the tours, the entire holiday and tour experience - simply exceeded our expectations, and the only surprises on the trip were good surprises! My family and I will have no hesitation in recommending Xian-tour Focus to all our friends and colleagues; In fact, we've already started promoting it.

My name is Pauline Wilkes and I traveled from Brazil to China recently with a friend. After 4 months researching books and the web, we finally decided our itinerary and Xian-tour Focus did a great job putting it all together. You provided us a tailor- made tour; the drivers and the guides were very helpful, flexible and polite. From Brazil we manage everything by e-mail and paid the tour using credit card and we received all our domestic flights tickets by mail.
It was a very complex itinerary, with air tickets, train tickets, Yangtze River Cruise, car tours, transfers and I can tell that everything was more than perfect. I have a totally different perspective of China, especially Xian. It is nothing but positive. I would highly recommend your agency to anyone visiting China. Your service is superior from start to finish, and I wanted you to know how important that was to us.

First of all let me say that it was very nice meeting you in Xi-an. My overall impression of your company, people, price, attention to detail, service, guides, drivers etc. was very good and I would definitely recommend your company to my friends.
Your tour guides and drivers were extremely courteous, professional and accommodating ensuring we had the best trip possible. We felt at home although we were in a country where we did not speak the language. Our guide in Guilin, Lisa, was OUTSTANDING! She is very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and we really enjoyed our time with her and exploring Guilin and Yangshuo. That was our favorite part of the trip. We wish we could have spent more time there.
You are very fortunate to have someone of her talent and expertise working with your company! We have several friends who would like to visit China. I will definitely tell them to contact Xian-tour Focus, and will make sure they ask for Lisa to be their guide in Guilin. We got very spoiled with Lisa, who has many more years of experience and was so exceptional!

Dear Lambert:
I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip to China through the Silk Road. I'm still gushing over with enthusiasm whenever I'm asked about the trip. It was not only a fantastic journey through time but also a wonderful experience to meet any of the minorities.
The trip was a balance of a variety of sights so it gave us a good perspective of the history, peoples and culture in the Gansu and Xinjiang provinces. The beginning and ending stops in Beijing and Shanghai only added to the experience as they are nice contrasts to the western China regions.
The guide provided two bottles of water per day and insisted that we carry them with us as the air was dry and the days were long. It was terrific advice. And two bottles were just right!
Our guide Jack was fantastic. I could not rate him any higher. He stayed with us day and night, kept us together, let us move at our own pace, was extremely informative, spoke absolutely perfect English and obviously loved his work AND his country. He told us at the beginning that he hoped we would be surprised at what we would be seeing and we were totally surprised. Xian was FULL of surprises ... at every turn. Jack took time to explain every detail and every nuance. He was completely attentive day and night. A superb guide who always gave us more than we had any right to expect! What a super person!!
let me say that, since last November, when I first contacted you about this tour, you have been in every way responsive and helpful, always answering my questions within a short time, and showing great patience with me. Your organization is first-class, both in Xi'an and in other places. I will be recommending your company to any friends I know who are interested in this kind of travel.
In a few years, my wife and I will probably want to return and see more of China, and we hope that we can get this organized through your agency as well.
